Specific objectives: 

After the completion of lesson students will be able to (describe, tell, explain, and write, draw  our various national heritage)

• Define the  National Heritage.
• Tell the name of different national heritage..
• Explain and write the importance of the national heritage.
• Identify our local heritage.
• Make picture of our heritage.

 

    

Teaching learning activities:

Introduction:

I will do warm up activity to draw attention toward me,

I will start my class by telling the students about the general introduction of national heritage.

Group division (how, what will each of the group do? how does the teacher rotate/manage groups)

I will divide the students into 3 groups and make them have a brief discussion about the following topics to each group. They will be given 7 to 10 minutes to discuss their topics.

Group 1-Give name list of our national heritage.

Group 2- List benefit of national heritage.

Group 3:Give some ideas to protect our national heritage.

 

Main part/ teaching steps: what activities, what does the teacher do? What do students do? (Concept time and practice time)                                                                                                                                 At first, I will give a brief introduction of the topics which they will be discussing. I will also give some examples to elaborate subject matter.

Soft Skills- I will assign them to draw pictures of various National heritage.

I will say them to compose a song to elaborate importance of our national heritage.

Conclusions: 

I will ask each group to present their views and tasks assigned to them. I will appreciate their efforts and active participation. I will motivate them to do their best. I will conclude my lesson by asking those questions if they understood the lesson well or not. I will also praise them for the active participation on the classroom and thanking them.

Teaching materials:

Course book, photos and card board pictures, Video demonstration.

Evaluation (how to assess?)

I will tell them to present at least 3-4 points about the topics assigned to them. I will instruct the other groups to listen carefully and observe whether the students participate actively in the discussion properly or not. 

Homework (Creative )

 I will assign them to search various picture of national heritage in book and internet and to identify them.
