ADDIE model of Instructional design
Analysis
Analysis is the phase in which all needed information gathered and need analysis is to be done. Information gathered are helpful for the designing and developing the content of instructional design.
Design
In this step blue print of teaching learning program is designed. Design focuses on the content, storyboard, drafts, deliver and communication. We should follow ethics while designing the program.
Development
In this phase different materials including audio, visual created and recorded. This phase is very important because in this step the actual learning material is to be created. It is important to ensure that the materials are effective for teaching learning.
Implementation
In this phase the designed and developed material should be used for teaching learning activity. In other words in this stage the training materials are delivered to the learners.
Evaluation
It is the process of judgment whether the teaching learning material are effective or not. There are mainly two types of evaluation. 1. Formative: recognize barrier and avoid repeating mistakes, respond challenges, make correction. 2. Summative: It is done at the end for the report of the program.
